To promote ethics, integrity, honesty, transparency in the conduct of business.

To hold events, exhibitions, workshops, master classes and certified programs to help the industry and government for promotion of ethics and transparency in the conduct of business

To undertake projects, either singularly or with the appropriate government or industry partner, in the field of promotion and development of ethics in business.

To purchase/acquire the land and/or the building in the name of the association for the upliftment and fulfilment of the aims and objects of the association.

To accept, receive and collect any grant(s), gift(s), subscription(s) donation(s), endowment(s) and other offering(s) or acquire by and through other lawful ways and means, either in cash or in any kind including movable and/or immovable properties, and use the same for achieving all or any aims and objects of the Society. If any person wants to contribute, donate or give subscription for any particular object of the Society, the same shall be spent towards the promotion of the particular objects only.

To represent the members in various authorities, tribunals, courts or any other Authorities/ Institutions through it’s office bearers in respect of any matter concerning the interest of member or of national interest.

To act in an advisory capacity to individuals, groups and organisations interested in achieving the objects.
